A quick thank you to those in the SWAH diabetes team with special mention to diabetes specialist nurse Roisin and Dr McKeever. Both of whom were very generous with their time and knowledge when discussing different resources and medications to suit my lifestyle and improve my diabetes control. Thank you for all that you do!
