"Hazardous entrance"

Since beginning of December the Main Door at Centre Block has been out of order.  7/8 weeks down the line still ‘ Out of Order ‘.  The other door to side leads out onto a ramp.  At night the ramp is unlit & very slippy when damp weather due to algae build up.  There is always smokers hanging about this door & it is sometimes hard to get through. Also the mat at door is very dangerous being a trip hazard as it is turns up in three different sections where anyone’s foot could get caught.
