"Poor customer service skills"

About: Little Common Surgery

I contacted the surgery after my medication being thrown away by a car valeting service. My medication is kept in my car as I work in a custody environment we are unable to take medication into the work place. The medication was still in the brown Tesco bag and along with any other rubbish was disposed of when the car was cleaned. When I explained this to the receptionist I was spoken to like a child. Questioned why is it in my car and told ,this sounds suspect to me” I do not appreciate as an adult being spoken to like a child or called a liar just because I requested if I can get it replaced. I was told just take paracetamol. Of paracetamol treated my condition I would not be given a prescription. We are told not to be rude or disrespectful to the team, which I never am but surely this works both ways. Very unhelpful. This is the first time having to request this and am upset at being spoken too this way.
