About: Parkstone Tower Practice

I am registered as a temporary patient with Shore Medical.

I was in urgent need to see a Dr. I was contacted by the patient care team 1 hour after registering as a temporary patient and was offered an appointment an hour later. I was unable to make this appointment due to transport issues so was then offered a different appointment at 9am the next morning.

The Dr I saw was very patient, thorough and knowledgable. The Dr has set things up at the surgery so I am able to access all services and my prescriptions with ease. I feel very confident about the care I will receive whilst I am staying with my daughter in Poole.

Thank you to the Dr and the surgery team for a fantastic service. This is the NHS at its best.
