"Nice Staff, impossible to book."

About: Binfield Road Surgery

Hi,

I have been a patient of Binfield Road Surgery for about a year and a half and I always really liked the staff that is working at the reception and the doctors that I have interacted with, both in person and on the phone. My only big issue is that the service has deteriorated, as it is almost impossible to get an appointment in general. There is never the option to book from the app or in person and if you want to book an appointment, you can do so only during 1 hour out of the 24h of a day, 8am. This huge restriction has impacted my diligence to get checked for a long time, I understand the lack of staff, but it's not working.

Furthermore, I finally managed to call in the morning to get an appointment and i was given a link to a consultation form where I could be given the appointments that I need, that is not working. The consultation form is temporarily unavailable.

Please, improve your reachability system. It's important.
