"Shortage of beds"

I was admitted to A&E department in Altnagelvin recently. The care I received was excellent. The only thing was I spent 60 hrs sitting on a hard chair in a corridor where people was walking up and down, which I think is ridiculous at this day and age. I’m not saying that it was the hospital's fault,  I know that doctors and nurses are under extreme pressure.  But it’s terrible that there’s such a shortage of beds and something needs to be done about it.
