"Concerns regarding Anima"

My local GP practice adopted Anima last year. I am familiar and comfortable with digital technology. It took over twenty minutes to complete a request for a GP appointment following up from an MRI scan earlier this year. I still don't have a date for an appointment and reception at the practice will not allocate dates even after a personal visit to the practice. I believe anyone who isn't comfortable with digital technology will find it difficult to get an appointment at my practice, increasing risks to health. It's little wonder to me accident and emergency departments are inundated.

Please devise user friendly systems, including the option to book by phone
