"Excellent care"

I am pregnant and had some symptoms I was unsure about.

I used the triage system and was promptly offered a same day appointment with my choice of doctors. I really appreciated that it was made clear who was available and what gender they are.

The appointment itself was very reassuring and thorough. I felt I was taken seriously and treated appropriately. It was exactly the GP experience you would want - thank you!
