"Great practice"

We are quite new to practice and was very wary of joining but I can honestly say it was a good choice. We have been treated with respect and dignity. All the members of staff we have seen from doctors to nurses to receptionist have be brilliant. My husband has complex medical problems and they have treated him with the upmost care. O know if you wish to see a specific doctor then you may have a wait but then that is up to you.

I would like the radio to be a wee bit louder so we can hear it and not the receptionist booking appointments!

My husband had to have bloods taken and the young lady who took it was excellent. He said he didn’t even feel the needle go in.

I like that you can get a telephone comsulation as it saves time having to go to practice.

The only thing I find is one or two of receptionist are very blunt makes you feel guilty for ringing. My husband has to have blood test every two weeks and one of the receptionist called to make appointments in advance so we don’t have to struggle to get booked in. I found this very good service
