"Outstanding care from my community midwife"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Community Maternity Services Crosshouse Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

From my booking appointment and meeting with my community midwife, Tracy, I was given the best care. Tracy went out of her way to make me feel at ease during my whole pregnancy and when baby arrived.

Nothing was too much for her to answer or support me with, from feeding to just general anxiety around having a new baby.

Every appointment with her was relaxed yet informative. I feel extremely lucky to have had her as my midwife, her knowledge, professionalism, compassion and calming nature is a credit to NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us and share your community midwifery experience. I am delighted to hear that you found support that enabled you to provide care for your new baby. Congratulations on the birth of your baby. I hope you are both doing well. I will pass on your message to Tracy and the team who will be so pleased to hear from you.

I wish you and your family the best of health for 2025 and thank you again for writing your lovely message

Kind regards

Attica
