About: The Deepings Practice

I contacted the surgery using the Online Triage system about my concerns

I received acknowledgment almost immediately asking me to complete a questionnaire, which I did and provide a picture which I also did. Within hours I received an appointment for 2 weeks time

I then received a text message from a doctor ant the practice asking me to try a cream that had been prescribe to see if it helped before attending the appointment.

To say that I was impressed with the speed of this response is an understatement - all we hear it would seem is how bad our medical service is - my experience of The Deepings Surgery online triage system is completely the opposite

Well done all at the surgery, I will certainly recommend this innovative Triage system to all.
