"Visit to PTU"

About: Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Out patients

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter atrends PTU in the childens hospital every 8 weeks to recieve treatment for UC. On every occassion we are made to feel welcome by the staff and the MDT. I would like to say a special thank you to Depity Sister Kelly who always ensures that my daughter is made to feel at ease. Kelly works extremley hard particularly when the unit is busy or under staffed and ensures that the standard of patient care is upheld.

Hello, my name is Sinead Duffin and I am the Service Manager for PTU in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. Thank you for taking the time to post your very positive experience when attending the Programme Treatment Unit with your daughter. I will ensure that your comments are shared with staff and in particular Kelly. I know she will be delighted that she makes such a difference to you and your daughter's visit to the Unit. I hope your daughter continues to recover well.
