"I have finished the Family Nurse Partnership program."

About: Children and Young People Services / Family Nurse Partnership Service

(as a service user),

Mary is my named family nurse.

She has been very supportive and talked me through difficult times.

Through the time with Mary I feel I have learned to be a confident mum.

I was shy but Mary has helped me to join mother and toddler groups.

Thankyou so much for your lovely feedback. The Family Nurse Partnership Programme provides specialist support on a one to one basis for young first time mums and it is really positive to hear how you benefitted from having Mary as your Family Nurse.

Becoming a parent can be a daunting time, especially if you are young, so it is especially lovely to hear how Mary was able to support you on this journey and how you feel your confidence as a mum has grown. Attending mother and toddler groups will be such a positive experience for both you and your child.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with our Team and Mary. She will be delighted you took the time to do this. I want to wish you and your family all the best and am confident you will continue to receive great support from your Health Visitor.
