"It works well"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology (Eye Problems)

(as a relative),

My wife had an assessment and treatment earlier this month. We were told the unit had over 200 patients that day. We were very impressed with the process and teamwork by a large number of staff. We were in three different waiting rooms at different stages, however it never felt a long wait and patients were constantly being rotated. We know this is an outpatient’s dept with planned times but nevertheless it works well. NHS is overwhelmed in some departments, not of their making, but people should know it’s still working well in many other areas. The staff were cheery and kind. Keep up the good work and well done.
