"Doctors E consult and Appointmemt"

About: Fallodon Way Medical Centre

I put a econsult through to the said doctors I had a reply with a doctors appointment .

I arrived today No appointment !

It is on my NHS app Face to Face

Went to reception and she looked up and said there isn’t appointment here

The lady was lovely but said no appointment made i showed her my app and she said i don’t understand why that has happened and said

You have to ring up in the morning at 8 o’clock

on separate occasion i have had this happen to me Twice and turned up and not appointment made but on my app there is one booked by the doctor

Is it someone being a joker in the practice

Previous time i left and 2 days i collapsed and ended up ill in southmead hospital

I feel i am being let down by Falladon WayWhat is going on with the practice ,it has gone down hill and doctors are leaving The Doctors that has been there a long time! why o why I feel pretty rough losing weight can’t eat ! because of choking ! I will wait and see what happens to me ! My husband is very upset about this I have been so let down again 3 weeks now i would have been waiting and i am sure i am not the only one feeling like this !So sad !!
