"Rapid response"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

On New Years Eve 2024 my child (37) had a cardiac arrest in Horsham. 999 ambulance responded in 4 minutes.resuscitation was given and the heart was started. I need to thank those who responded so quickly and efficiently. Whoever you are you saved a life. I am the mother and live in Canada so felt very helpless. Again my deepest appreciation for your great care of my child.

Dear Joanne,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your lovely review. I was so pleased to hear that our staff were able to help your daughter.

In order that we can identify who our staff were we would be grateful if you could contact us direct to confirm your child's name. We will then be able to share you review with both them and their managers. You can leave a telephone message on 0300 123 9242 or you can email my colleague, Sandra, who handles compliments for the Trust, at sandra.king@secamb.nhs.uk

I hope your child is now making good progress and we look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes

Marie
