"Incredibly positive experience"

My referral to Clinical Genetics was an incredibly positive experience. There is a long waiting list, but I was offered a cancellation slot at short notice which I could make - Gayl from Ninewells was very helpful on the phone and emailed me what I needed to know.

At PRI, I saw Dr Berg and it was a resoundingly positive experience. Dr Berg was fantastic, made sure I was entirely comfortable and gave ample opportunity to ask questions, making sure I understood everything clearly. 

He took the necessary time to fully assess me, and consider all factors, then arranged for reasonable tests to be carried out. I felt taken seriously, listened to and reassured that risk would be monitored in the meantime while possible causes were ruled out. 

The letter I received following was consistent with the appointment; clear, thorough and reassuring.
