"X-ray department is horrendous "

The xray department is barely operating at the moment, they only have one room in operation here I waited 2 hours for a 2 minute xray, there wasn’t any sort of queue as at least 5-6 people who arrived an hour after me were called in before me, the gentleman doing the X-rays was incredibly rude & short, throwing the xray plates around & roughly twisting my injured hand, I’ve used Mount Vernon a few times but today was the worst treatment and experience I’ve ever received, it might also be a good idea to separate the builders & building work from the patients as it felt more like a building site than a hospital.
