"Really put my mind at ease"

About: General practices in Forth Valley

(as a parent/guardian),

Parkhill Medical Practice, within Meadowbank Health Centre, were very helpful. 

The receptionist took my concerns about my son's health down and provided me with an appointment to see ANP - Wendy - within 2 hours of calling. 

Wendy was fantastic with my son, asked him questions about his symptoms, showed caring and empathy and explained each procedure/ test to him.  He is 10 years old, and although poorly, was put at ease by Wendy's lovely manner. 

Wendy was gentle taking swabs from him and explained about what to do next, if he was to become more unwell.  She really put my mind at ease also.  

Thanks very much Wendy and the team at Parkhill.
