"Excellent mobile CT Scanner experience"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Xrays and Scans

(as the patient),

Following my last CT scan appointment which was very poor, I was nervous for this one. However, in mid January I had an appointment at the Mobile CT Scanner at Gartnavel Hospital which went more than well.

This time the two men who carried out my appointment made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and reassured. They took their time and made an effort to explain what may have went wrong the last time. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward and stress free.

They were very polite, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t go as far to say I enjoyed it but overall, it was an incredibly positive experience. Thanks again boys.

Hi Helgahx25,

I'm glad to hear that your recent CT scan appointment went well, especially given you were nervous. It sounds like the two Radiographers who carried out your scan were truly understanding and made all the difference in helping you feel comfortable and at ease.

Your kind words about their professionalism and support really highlight how much of an impact a compassionate and thoughtful team can have. I’m sure they’ll appreciate your gratitude which I will pass on. Wishing you all the best with your ongoing care and health journey.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience!
