About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Young People (T3)

(as a service user),

I was referred to T3 since I was addicted to nicotine for the reason of mental health and having problems with my mental health which lead to me using a vape and it helped a little with my mental health and gave me the boost I was looking for but was really bad for my health and ended up making the decision to stop and had help from T3 and Sandra helped alot and the session was really great and I feel like it has helped me realise the reality of vaping and that's why I have stopped.

I am Liz the manager of T3 thank you for your feedback which I will share with Sandra and the team.

It is lovely to hear you achieved your goals to be abstinent from the vapes you were using and that the support helped you reflect on how this impacted on your health and supported your decision to make the changes.

You should be proud of your achievements and for accepting and engaging in the support offered to you.
