"Felt ignored and left stressed"

Went to the Livewell hub in Braintree recently for 7.30 pre booked blood test. I arrived early and main door to the unit was locked, says if locked press bell, so I did, staff member came out ignored me at the door with the buzzer going and went away. The buzzer stopped so I pressed again, only to be ignored again. There were 4 staff waiting in the unit looking at me puzzled as they couldn’t open the door.

Again I pressed and this time a staff member walked out went to one of the 4 staff said something and walked off ignoring me again. 

Ten minutes I was waiting eventually they let me in, but immediately walked off ignoring. 

I sat down and awaited my appointment, the 4 staff went in and 3 people who came in after me, I spoke to a staff member and was given a pack of lies, I said I’m now 15 minutes late for the appointment and how comes several other people have gone in before me, their reply was that each appointment has 3 patients added and they only have two staff working due to illness  and that I was next.

Eventually I was called in and my blood was taken, the person in front of me had an appointment for 7.45 and he went in before me.

Why the staff member ignored me at first I have no idea and the delay I can only interpret as deliberate as everybody who came in they asked their name and appointment time, it felt like they deliberately ignored me and didn’t take my name and time of appointment.

I found it very rude 

It left me stressed and nervous as I needed to be on the road for my job
