I’m very grateful to my GP practice this week for responding kindly and efficiently to the needs of myself and my family. The callback system when phoning for an appointment is working well - keeping a place in the queue without having to stay on the line is a massive improvement to the experience of calling in with a problem.
The econsult process also works well resulting for me in a timely non-urgent but important appointment. The receptionists have been kind and supportive with their words and tips to make things easier. The doctor was excellent - good listening, great reassurance, good advice and taking action where appropriate for further referrals. I also enjoyed the healthy lifestyle noticeboard in the waiting room with lots of good tips about real food and sleep patterns not just exercise (which is better called movement!). Thank you everyone who is working so hard to serve our community at this large GP practice!
