(as a service user),

My child has been attending Dr Graham for a while now. He is one of the most attentive, caring of Doctors. His way with children is so gentle and puts them at ease. My child suffers from chronic and increasingly delicate issue and Dr Graham is able to manage this in such a way that they aren't embarrassed. He also takes his time and listens. Dr Graham also diagnosed a problem that had gone undetected in one of our other children - many years ago. This was through really listening to us as parents. The child never looked back. A brilliant Doctor. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to provide such thoughtful and positive feedback about your experience. It is truly heartening to hear that you feel I have been attentive and caring in my approach, and that I have been able to put your child at ease during their appointments.

I am glad to know that I have been able to manage your child's chronic and delicate issue in a way that minimises any embarrassment for them. Listening to my patients and their families is a core part of my practice, and I am pleased that this has been evident in our interactions.

It is also wonderful to hear that I was able to diagnose a previously undetected problem in one of your other children some years ago. I am thrilled to know that this child has thrived since then.

Please be assured that I will continue to provide the highest standard of care to your child and your family. If there is anything else I can assist with, please do not hesitate to reach out.
