"Children’s continence service"

My Daughter has been suffering with chronic constipation and is being investigated ?cause.  We have had repeated admissions with faecal vomiting and had some scary experiences.  On my most recent contact to the continence service Sarah went above and beyond to get me some help for my Daughter who had also had two presentations to A&E over the weekend and discharged without treatment.  Sarah overheard my conversation with a colleague by chance and provided advice and also managed to get an urgent assessment from a Consultant on the paediatric assessment unit.  My child required urgent care and onward investigation and I am extremely grateful for Sarah’s efficient and effective approach.  Had Sarah not heard my conversation  things may have been very different for my Daughter.  

I must also add the team on PAU seem to have things running very smoothly and the communication from them post discharge has been outstanding.  They are easy contactable and all staff are very pleasant.
