"Left untreated seeing in person with proffesional "

About: The Eagle Eye

February 2024, I started getting some allergic reactions behind my waistline and left arm. I was getting everywhere around thighs and hands left mevsever itchings conditions rashes instantly. I booked an appointment over the phone to see doctor about my conditions. Couldn't believe my eyes, I was they booked me over phone consultantation and even though Covid was over they still sent me link to describe everything again in details with attaching photos of my conditions. During my online consultation without having me booked once again for physical checkings that female phone consultant prescribed me a wrong minor prescription that treats athletes rashes on foot. This female phone consultant was very disappointing. She was female who left me untreated declaring it as mild rash without checking on me inperson to check on the root cause of this condition. When I asked consultant what do I do if this prescription don't work my rashes are sever it keeps coming back she said come back again. Still very poor services of this clinic when it comes to see doctors. No doctors appointnent to see in person since Covid-19. How unqualified nurses and how its patients gets treated without having seeing physically on their conditions with poor prescriptions is an example of this GP. I would never recommend this GP to anyone after covid 19 its services collapsing daily.
