I recently brought my daughter to FVRH for an appointment at orthopaedic outpatients. The consultant we seen was Mr Murray and we are grateful for the time he took to explain everything properly to myself and my daughter, keeping my daughter at the forefront of the appointment. The whole department in general were just very welcoming and it had a warm feel to it. Thanks again.

It sounds like they really made an effort to ensure both you and your daughter felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment.
