"Excellent Care"

I attended the Orthopaedic Hospital on13th January 2025 for surgery on my ankle. Having had numerous other surgical procedures at the hospital over the last 15+ years, I had confidence in the treatment and care I could expect. All teams involved on this occasion , from the admission on the Baschurch unit, through the surgery and recovery, right up to discharge from the Ludlow ward the following day , delivered that same excellent care I have had before. It can be an anxious time going into hospital, but everyone at Rjah helps to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Although there are specific teams for different aspects of my stay, the clear impression is that they all work together as an overall hospital team with a patient centred ethos.Thank you to all teams involved directly and indirectly, over the 2 days I was there.
