I was signposted by my daughters class teacher to contact the SALT helpline. I called and was put through to the clinician Katie. She actively listened, provided reassurance and signposted me to appropriate support.
As a follow up she sent a comprehensive email which I was able to pass on to the school. Efficient, helpful and reassuring support provided in a timely manner.
