"It was a textbook team effort"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Day Surgery New Stobhill Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I recently attended Stobhill day surgery for a transperineal prostate biopsy.

All the staff were excellent, explaining the procedure, and going through patient safety protocols. Additionally, the team were great at putting me at ease throughout. From arriving to leaving, it was a textbook team effort.

The NHS gets a lot of flak at times, however it is only right, where they do an excellent job, that is also recognised. A big thank you to all involved.
