I am giving a feedback on how the ICATT team have supported me over the years.
They have been very supportive and professional in the discharge of their duties. All this they have worked me, they have a listening hear, and had the patience to understand my needs and wants and was able to communicated well to the appropriate channel. it been wonderful working with them.
They gave me all the necessary support that was required when I needed to move into my new place in December, 2024.
They kept checking on me to see if am happy and comfortable in my new place.
I want to thank them for their support and hope the new team would do same.
