"I feel I am in good hands"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I recently attended Ophthalmology at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. I would like to compliment all the staff and, in particular, Dr Young who is so very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring.  Dr Young explained my situation succinctly in a warm and friendly manner and I feel I am in good hands with her. The admin and other nursing staff who attended to me were absolutely smart and delightful.

Dear Mar,

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that your visit to the Ophthalmology department at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital was positive and you felt that you were in good hands with Dr Young.

I have passed on your kind words to Dr Young and the nursing and administration teams who I am sure will appreciate your feedback.

Very best wishes,

Liza Campbell
