"They were so kind and respectful"

Just a note to thank Shelby and the team who attended to my father who is in his 90's and was suffering with chest pains and heart issues.

They were so kind and respectful during the four hour wait outside A & E to my father, offering drinks, soup and also reassuring me (daughter) twice by phone of his progress and updating me when he gained entrance to A & E.

Cannot thank this team enough, special thanks to Shelby who went above and beyond with her reassurance, they are a credit to the service.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about your father's care here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read about your father's chest pains and heart issues and I do hope that he is feeling better. I'm really pleased to hear that he received such excellent patient centred care. It is great to hear such positive stories about the work our wonderful staff provide and I'm sure Shelby and the team will be thrilled to hear such glowing feedback.

If you wish I can pass on the feedback to the paramedics directly. To do so we would need to know the date, time and address that the Ambulance attended and the patient's name.
