"It really makes a difference"

About: Justice Teams / Lanark Justice Team

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel that my order has been going well. This time around I've had much better communication with my worker and a better working relationship which has been half the battle. It really makes a difference.

I have ADHD and I've struggled to get help and support with issues relating to this. My supervision has sort of been like an extra counselling session and my worker has helped me access different channels of support.

I work night shifts and I was worried this would impact on my supervisions, however this has been catered for and times that work around my job are given.

I have managed to stay off the drink and drugs and the supervisions have helped me hold myself accountable and keep me focused on my goals.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Lanark Justice Service. I am encouraged to hear of the positive communication and working relationship that you have with your worker and that you feel your Order is progressing well. Its very important that our service is able to accommodate different needs and availability and I'm delighted to hear that your worker has adopted a flexible approach to your Order which has been beneficial. I will ensure the Team are aware of your positive feedback, thank you again.
