"Patches"

Patches is advertised as being a quick and easy way of getting in touch with your practice. However whenever I try to use it I get a message which says unavailable for requests on patches. It then states a time when it will be available, but when I go on it at that time it says the same message saying it will be available at another later time. And when I go on to it at that second time I continue to get the same message. I find this incredibly frustrating and in the past have had to write a letter to get in touch. So I end up having to phone only to be told I have to go on to patches. So Patches is not a quick and easy way to contact you. I would like your comments.
