"procedure was quick and straightforward"

About: Regional AAA Screening Programme

(as a service user),

I received a request to attend a AAA screening as I was approaching 65.

The information was very informative and clearly explained what was going to happen, the potential outcomes and actions that would follow once the ultra sound was completed.

On the day the nurse clearly explained what was going to happen and asked a few general questions about my health. The procedure was quick and straightforward and the outcome was advised immediately which was reassuring.

The process was seamless and I think this is a positive action - 'prevention is better than cure'.
