"Very poor service with rude reception "

About: Poplar House Surgery

I moved to the area and wanted to join this medical centre.

I called to book in to see a doctor for a problem I am having.

I was told that you can only book an appointment for a specific day by calling that day at 8am.

I took a day off work so that I could do this.

When I called, the receptionist was very rude, quizzed me on my symptoms and refused to give me an appointment. She made me fell like I was making something up or making a fuss about nothing and I was very shocked by her attitude.

She said someone would call me back which they did and they told me that I would have to call another morning to make an appointment.

Really poor service, I was made to feel like I shouldn't even be trying to make an appointment and if I want to, I will have to take more time off work.
