I have been dealing with a lot of back pain and had to go for a MRI, I had an appointment for the doctor to explain the results. The doctor had left me waiting for 40 mins I’d seen other patients go in and be seen for 10 mins at a time. I was in there for less than 5 minutes, as my doctor mumbled my results and proceeded to jester thumbs up and carry on with physio, I feel like I’ve just not been taken seriously about how much pain I’ve been in, and offered no follow up appointment. Honestly if I could I’d go private.

Dear Tanya Pearce. Thank you for taking the the time to complete this online review. I am sorry that you were not happy with the consultation with the GP regarding your back pain. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery and speak to the practice manager.
All standard appointment times are set at 10 minutes. If a patient feels they need longer for their appointment then they are encouraged to arrange a double appointment. Our surgery do try to ensure that clinic times run on time but sometimes with emergencies or computer errors there can be a delay and for this I apologies.
