Jacqui, Health Care Worker Pre Op Assessment level 6 Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy was absolutely fantastic when I visited recently. She was caring, kind and made my visit so much nicer.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback. I am delighted to hear that Jackie was caring, kind and made your visit nicer. It is important to us that patients feel comfortable and well supported whilst in the department as we recognise that this is a anxious time for people attending the unit.
