I was sorry to hear you had not felt listened to beforehand, however, was truly heartened to hear that Dr Bland took that time and provided you with the support you needed. That this has had such an impact on your life going forward is such welcome news.

Receiving such lovely messages about our team is so rewarding, both for our colleague Dr Bland, who has also been thanked personally by our senior management team, but also for us as a whole hospital - we can learn from the excellence of your experience.
