"Hospital admission"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I got brought in by ambulance, arriving just before midnight,  with severe chest pains and breathing difficulties. On arrival I was seen by Karolina who did bloods and an ecg, from then on, over the next 7 hours or so, I had an X-ray and a CT scan and a couple of drips attached. I was discharged after the 7 hours but what I would like to say is how marvellous all the staff were right throughout, a real credit to their profession. Thank you so much to all involved.

Hi

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m so glad to hear that you received the care you needed, and it’s wonderful to know that the team made such a positive impact during your time in the hospital. I’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to Karolina and the rest of the staff—they will really appreciate it. Wishing you a smooth recovery!

BW

Sharon
