About: Accident & Emergency / Children's A&E University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I had 2 visits very recently with my young daughter to ED at Ayr and Crosshouse. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. The care and compassion shown as well as expertise from nurses and doctors was so appreciated. (Ayr ED nurse was Chloe, sorry can’t recall Drs names).

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided by the Emergency Departments within University Hospitals Ayr and Crosshouse.

I am sorry to hear that you have had to visit our Emergency Departments twice with your young daughter, but I am delighted to hear that you and your daughter received such prompt, professional and compassionate care, from our staff.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Teams in both Departments and with Chloe in particular.

I do hope your daughter is feeling better now and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.
