About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as a service user),

Achieved my detox and my goals. It was brilliant . I was showed a lots of care. The staff and food was brilliant, everything was brilliant. The best thing i ever done, it saved my life. I was weak and frail before i came in here .
