About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Lite Family Support Service (LFSS) Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / North Team

(as a service user),

Social services referred me to the service as I was alcohol dependent and needed support.

At first I was really nervous, I didn't know what to expect but as soon as I met the person working with me, she put me straight at ease and I felt like I could open up to her.

I'm really glad that you were made to feel at ease in your appointments with your worker and I will make sure that this is passed on to the team.

You should be really proud for engaging in the service and opening up in your appointments, this is not something that is always easy to do.
