(as the patient),

I arrived very early for my appointment but the receptionist was very helpful and I was seen within 10 mins. Louise was very thorough going through my medical history and informing me of the requirements before my procedure. She answered all my questions and put my mind at rest over certain concerns. There was a problem with extracting my blood and a gentleman named Rob was called. He was very helpful and reassuring, and was able to get a sample of blood straightaway without causing me any pain.
