"I appreciated the excellent service"

About: Urgent Community Response Mid Hants

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

In December I became very ill with extreme dizziness and sickness. I telephoned the 111 service and was promised a visit by a member of the Urgent Response Team who arrived that afternoon.

She was most helpful and promised further visits at regular daily intervals.

This happened and I slowly started to improve such that a visit on Christmas Day was not required, but I did have two follow-up telephone calls on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

I would like to say how much I appreciated the excellent service, particularly over Christmas and would like to pass on my very grateful thanks to you all.

Thank you for letting us know your experience of our service. It's a horrible time of year to be unwell and I'm pleased to hear you had started to feel better by Christmas Day. We wish you all the best for 2025.

I will pass on your thanks to the rest of the team; thank you again for giving us feedback.
