"Forgotten about and ignored"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Diagnosed with alopecia at the end of August 2024 prescribed medication told i'd be seen in 4 months, had a reaction to one of the meds, spoke to consultant he said he's see me the month after (November) never heard anything. My GP sent a letter to them in December asking for them to follow up, Nothing. It's now over a week into January and still, nothing. I have now lost all of my hair and i'm losing my mind (which isn't helping my problem)

In the past week alone i have tried to call dermatology over a 180 times to reach voicemail every single time where you can only leave a message if it's about a clinic appointment letter or something else
