Three issues. First: very, very difficult to get an in-person appointment here. Second: when you are finally triaged, you are informed that you have an appointment "in up to six weeks" from the point of contact. Third: the doctor finally calls, sounds bored, doesn't even look at my medical history, and at the end of it says "what would you like me to do?" If I knew this, I would be the doctor and not you- patients ask for assistance. I am struggling and have no support whatsoever, this leaves me with no confidence. You get assessed by phone on a five minute call, and that's your appointment. How can you ascertain anything and everything over the phone. Patients deserve better.
"Really shocking lack of care for mental health "
