(as a service user),

I have recently registered with Mavor GP practice. I have found all staff including staff at reception to be polite, respectful and kind 

The GPs who have seen me on 3 different occasions have listened to my history and have been compassionate, kind and what’s more have taken time with me. They have all been very thorough and have explained every step.

Dear charasd57,

Thank you for sharing your experience of your GP practice.

I am so pleased to hear that you have received compassionate care from the different GPs who have cared for you and that they have taken their time and listened. This makes such a difference to a persons experience. I am also delighted to hear that you have found the reception staff to be polite and kind.

Unfortunately, GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback or concerns a person may have about the service; they are not registered to respond directly through Care Opinion. Please could I ask that you contact the practice manager so they can ensure your kind words and feedback gets back to the right people as I know it will be gratefully received.
