"Great care"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

My 97 year old mum was taken to hospital by ambulance in deep snow.

She was on her own as we couldn’t reach her. Treatment was kind and effective, both in A and E and on ward L23 at LGI in Leeds.

All staff, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and catering/cleaning did a fantastic job and had made a huge effort to even get into work.

I was kept updated on her progress and discharge to respite care.

Well done everyone!
